A cycle time number tells you a step is slow. A photo of the operator surrounded by three trays of parts tells you why.
Attach a photo
On any recording screen (iPhone, iPad, or web), tap the camera icon. Take the photo, or pick one from the library. It attaches to the current step.
Annotate
Tap the photo in the run detail to open the annotator. Add arrows, boxes, text callouts, and blur regions (useful for anonymising faces or IP).
Where it appears
Photos surface in the run detail, the improvement kanban card (when you turn a bottleneck into an action), and any exported PDF report.
