Finding waste is easy. Actually doing something about it is where every VSM effort dies. The improvements board is designed to keep the follow-through visible.
Create an action
From any stage or bottleneck, click Create Improvement. Give it a title, assignee, target date, and estimated impact. It lands in the Ideas column.
Track it
Move cards from Ideas -> Doing -> Blocked -> Done. Each column shows count + total estimated impact. You can filter by assignee, map, or timeframe.
Prove impact
When a card moves to Done, MapVS prompts you to link a recording that demonstrates the change. It computes the actual cycle time improvement vs the pre-improvement baseline for that stage. Real evidence, not vibes.
