Video uploads are subject to size, format, and quota limits. Any one of them can cause an upload to reject.
Format
MapVS accepts mp4 and mov. Convert other formats first (HandBrake or ffmpeg work well). H.264 codec is preferred.
Size + length
Max 500 MB and max 15 minutes per upload. Longer processes should be recorded via the iPhone app instead, where each step is its own file.
Quota
Video analysis is a Beta feature with per-plan monthly quotas: Starter 5, Pro 20, Team 50. Check your usage on the analytics dashboard. Quota resets on your subscription's monthly anniversary.
Beta reliability
As a Beta feature, video analysis is subject to occasional queue backlogs and transient errors. If an upload sits at "Processing" for over an hour, refresh and try again - or ping support.
