Monthly plans
No refunds. You keep access until the end of the current period after cancelling. Since monthly is $9-$149, this is rarely a big issue in practice.
Annual plans
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Prorated refund between 14 and 30 days (refund = annual charge minus (months elapsed / 12 x annual charge)). No refund after 30 days.
Enterprise plans
Refund terms are governed by the individual Master Services Agreement. Talk to your account manager.
How to request
Email support@mapvs.com with your account email and a one-line reason. Refunds usually process within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method.
