How do I upgrade my plan?

Upgrading Your Subscription

Upgrading your MapVS plan unlocks additional features, higher limits, and advanced tools.

How to upgrade

1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Account.
2. Under the Subscription section, click Change Plan.
3. Alternatively, visit the Pricing page from the main navigation.
4. Select the plan you want and click Subscribe.
5. Enter your payment details. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

Plan options

• Starter ($9/mo) — Unlock analytics, video analysis, scenarios, and the web recorder.
• Pro ($29/mo) — Full access to all tools including API, reports, benchmarking, and unlimited maps.
• Team ($59/mo) — Everything in Pro plus team collaboration, branding, and shared workspaces.

Annual billing

All plans offer annual billing at a discount (typically 2 months free). You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the Account page.

What happens to your data when you upgrade?

Nothing changes with your existing data — all your maps, recordings, and analytics are preserved. You simply gain access to additional features and higher limits.

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time from the Account page. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, your existing data is preserved but you will not be able to create new items beyond the limit.
