How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is a permanent, self-serve action. Nothing hidden, no support tickets required.

Steps

1. Account Settings > Danger Zone > Delete account.
2. Type your email to confirm.
3. Confirm.

What happens

• Your account is marked deleted and immediately becomes inaccessible.
• For the next 30 days, we retain the data in cold storage in case you change your mind. Contact support@mapvs.com to recover.
• After 30 days, everything is hard-deleted from the primary database and backups on the next backup rotation.

What we keep

Anonymised, aggregated usage metrics that can't be traced back to you. Legally required records (billing history for tax) as required by Australian law. Nothing else.
