How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is deliberately friction-free.

Steps

  1. Sign in on mapvs.com.
  2. Account Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. Opens the Stripe customer portal.
  3. Click Cancel plan.
  4. Confirm.

What happens

You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. On day 1 of the next period, your account downgrades to Free. Your maps, recordings, and analytics remain accessible under Free-plan limits.

If you change your mind

Re-subscribe any time from /billing/pricing. Everything picks up where you left off - no data lost.
